That will be my question too. In 2000, some million dollar house foundation collapsed and the owner sued the previous owner. Those houses worth a million in 2000, can be seen when driving thru Quesnel Bridge.  Nightmarish for some poor owners. Hope this land is better and solid.

* y" e6 W; s( t2) Do you have to buy the lot from builder, or builder owns the lot, and you have to build with such builders?
