ECBEA is very excited to welcome a new Chinese (Mandarin) Bilingual# U# @/ s9 s$ U: T& c
school site on the southside. Parkallen Elementary School, 6703 - 112 S4 C" W, A5 L
Street has been selected to be our new 13th Chinese (Mandarin) Bilingual
