想咨询下大家觉得这两个区升值空间大些？交通便利啊，学区啊，出租等方面

reasonable price, good area(future plan: town center, school, LRT), close to highway.
- R6 |% S: K7 y- P  [; b5 n( Llow maintenance. that's why Allard was picked. Gradonhill might be better? i dont know.
