$ o) N, h1 W9 K6 L1 NDuties & Responsibilities:
+ Q3 ~% V# u# l6 i; C+ J3 m
# }% O- `2 {$ T- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
( D6 n+ k3 t5 L5 u  c# P6 J/ Q& u- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
  @% W+ A3 J- L- S9 \; U; s, c- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
7 ^- n4 q7 l$ k  c2 E0 B0 D. `- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
' {' ^* |" y  {. b! H! C- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Qualifications:

1 j1 q2 H: F! p- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
3 ^1 u& @$ s4 s# _- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
9 h, y: v) q6 p, }7 Z" M5 e- Ability to use computers
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
