6 e4 |: ^5 O) VNAPA是跟Candian Tire一样的的Auto Parts 零售店。目前西店需要人（职位Counter Clerk）待遇福利都好。具体信息如下
Duties & Responsibilities:
1 Q$ |2 t) B" I: U
- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
$ S- f' j5 S( s  N6 S- `5 j0 U- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
7 ~5 ^4 I, t  ~9 v- K0 d/ T3 `- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
  p8 a- E% U0 f- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Qualifications:

7 F8 p5 e: b1 B& `6 J+ i' l- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
- Ability to use computers
