' B9 U3 z5 G/ b+ U- l  C- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
/ {* Y2 X) s* w- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
& V2 D, ]! k' b! R* H, O) Q- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
3 `4 v- |8 S' g+ X: O" z$ E- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Qualifications:
" J- n) N0 n; \9 H4 e8 {; \
. F% v2 F! l& E2 |" Z- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
$ q) c$ L. e9 z+ I- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
$ h: r# u! t$ q, @' f/ g" z1 B- Ability to use computers
  m+ g4 t2 A! B+ ]2 c+ ~& E. `- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
