土豆沙拉。

用蛋黄搅拌均匀，一边搅拌一边加入沙拉油，直到粘稠成酱为止

(可以用筷子挑起，是个力气活，建议男士优先）。另鸡蛋煮

熟，去蛋黄留蛋青（蛋黄可以拌小米，喂鸟）。蛋青切丁。另

Eggs: Boiled and cut into cubes
9 K  {/ ^8 _% J) qDressing: Mayonnaise; Mustard; Sweet Relish; Salt; Pepper--mixed together to taste
Mix Potato, egg cubes with the above dressing, put into fridge to chill. If you like it spicy, sprinkle some cayenne pepper powder on top. Serve any time you want.
