黄瓜胡萝卜之类，切丁。火腿（肠），切丁。以上材料混合搅

Potatoes: boiled and cut into cubes

Dressing: Mayonnaise; Mustard; Sweet Relish; Salt; Pepper--mixed together to taste
( B2 T2 H/ U) ]8 B. g- T$ _Mix Potato, egg cubes with the above dressing, put into fridge to chill. If you like it spicy, sprinkle some cayenne pepper powder on top. Serve any time you want.
