5 M* ^2 S7 |0 A0 c) e( z9 c We are currently recruiting for Glass Workers for our Edmonton Manufacturing Plant.

4 {) U+ Y) _8 N- b/ K: c, z The successful candidate will be reliable, safety-focused and able to work well with others.

. L6 w( c2 v7 s8 tResponsibilities will include:
: h9 R( v9 `+ Y8 f& [: O•Lift single piece of glass between 5-30 Ibs.
7 i" Y8 h, c. C. I•Understand quality issues of glass: quality of glass edge, proper technique when pulling glass out of harp rack slots, scratches, defects, etc.
•Fill and empty washer tanks and keep tanks clean
5 d- s/ _+ U* v9 x8 r  h9 C4 X' o4 {•Follow proper pattern and placement of glass
- h) ~% R/ B* x/ J' R% s•Keep work area clean.
8 n0 ]  k; |- n9 d& u" s•Keep up good pace to keep line moving.

Primary Qualifications Required:
$ }3 L2 _  ?/ ]: O' ]; G# o•Basic English communication skills
$ z9 V+ |7 X8 U' q, @, `•Able to read a metric tape measure and use hand and power tools
•Good eye sight.
  i6 A  n& l; i* a•Able to lift up to 50 lbs
8 V8 z' S- d1 Q: t( V1 N) J4 n•Ability to work under constant pressure
•Willing to do multi tasks when needed as member of the team
•Must be a good team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Status of position:

Responsibilities will include:
  g: ]2 U$ L. }•Offload sealed units from GED Oven press
4 y$ ^9 o  o% W2 U* P5 @/ B, Y' V•Check Units to pass Quality Expectation
•Fill sealed units with Aragon
•Patch units
•Hot melt super spacer units
; N/ D/ }- s! M3 W/ ?1 n8 d•Move Racks of sealed units to designated lines

Primary Qualifications Required:
•Basic English communication skills
•Able to read a metric tape measure and use hand and power tools
