   Glass Worker – (Manufacturing Plant 1, Edmonton)

7 q& a' J7 E6 V) O Headquartered in Edmonton, All Weather Windows is a dynamic leader in the window and door industry in Canada. Operations include manufacturing plants located in Edmonton and Mississauga and sales branches/offices in Vancouver, Kelowna, Edmonton, Calgary, Lethbridge, Red Deer, Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg, Mississauga and Atlantic Canada.

; ]- C+ q: L: l3 s1 G We are currently recruiting for Glass Workers for our Edmonton Manufacturing Plant.

The successful candidate will be reliable, safety-focused and able to work well with others.
" l9 G1 J! s0 i5 }& A  l
' a/ C5 \9 e9 u" s4 OResponsibilities will include:
•Lift single piece of glass between 5-30 Ibs.
•Understand quality issues of glass: quality of glass edge, proper technique when pulling glass out of harp rack slots, scratches, defects, etc.
. ~$ O8 b, J) O/ U•Fill and empty washer tanks and keep tanks clean
! f, b; _% N4 ^: ?' u. S•Follow proper pattern and placement of glass
•Keep work area clean.

. W+ b! C, v" kPrimary Qualifications Required:
•Basic English communication skills
•Able to read a metric tape measure and use hand and power tools
•Good eye sight.

# y+ M) D- a- _•Ability to work under constant pressure
•Willing to do multi tasks when needed as member of the team
•Must be a good team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Status of position:

A shift:  Monday to Friday (7:00 am to 3:30 pm)
