I have been looking into Windermere.
/ E" k- e' n, j5 z0 _( kMy personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
+ e$ Y2 Q8 ^& L# v* ~) ^! _Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.2 L: j# p' Y) N8 Y
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.* ]( p# {% p" [4 P+ m5 q
) M& {' y0 d1 Z _
Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.) r8 @( A- ~: _, h* G" O
Don't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One. |
