I have been looking into Windermere.4 b+ n3 V5 a! n) A4 Y
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.$ f) t8 Z( E% O/ a" \3 O- M
- E) |9 ^& @ K5 F9 X# Q+ LAs you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.5 q* p7 g7 j1 R0 X8 q/ }
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.3 F$ M: A) ]9 `$ v; X
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.- o6 q: p* x( @/ k x
, Y. G; t! n5 C; J; V$ u E. l5 LSome people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.7 }# F) X( j3 z9 k n1 w. ~
Don't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.; }( I; K3 j* {' s

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One. |
