I have been looking into Windermere.! q; ]4 S3 `3 }
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.6 ~" @, ^: T2 Y

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.4 V( J. f& s9 `0 d
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.! m# E1 P$ ]$ V N/ [# {$ A* F
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One. |
