如題, 那是CONDO, 目前還在興建當中. 最快12月或1月才拿鑰匙.
4 S5 r3 e) t& D; y- `請問跟BUILDER簽合約後, 要立即找律師處理文件上的手續嗎?
7 s6 |& T" i& L$ A/ a請問有沒有人能介紹能說中文的律師, 價廉的. 能說廣東話更佳.

Don't worry about the lawyer if you are not building a house.
The process is very simple, schedule an appointment with a lawyer, ask for the fee and the amount to the builder, get 2 certified checks or money orders.  Go to the appointment, sign the paperwork, give the lawyer money and take the key!
2 b# H- a; b: J4 A' E/ v% y' }; b" nIt took us only 30 mins when we bought our brand new (already been built) house from a builder.
3 O" B0 R7 q1 M7 N+ T7 a4 _  JAnd you only do this when the house is ready for possession.
