留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？
3，留学生配偶怀孕期间和生完孩子后，能得到哪些相应的福利？

2. 全cover，住院如果要单人或双人间，要加钱，一晚上才40刀。
' u8 y( P% D; x. ^6 L3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：
& a, \. H6 r$ n$ o$ Q) g$ _* qCan I get the Canada child tax benefit?
To be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:
( o4 e0 l8 S: r0 t' R
0 g: Q; J2 l) V; w7 |9 Nyou must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
4 c4 `4 F% @  G0 o4 K4 W" pyou must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
- s* d: `8 F$ U  Eyou must be a resident of Canada; and
you or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
