1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries;
7 n# }0 w4 X1 e' w! R2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;
4 i9 S9 P3 N& \6 |. _% O8 W0 f3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
' l! `) g, Z, j( J4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases;
7 Q/ r0 A0 x- y: w3 b5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;
9 z9 I+ e$ y. S, U6 A6.        Provide general information to clients and the public;
& U6 c9 F0 q4 J- e7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.
- j1 \6 o. o* U! D+ o/ B/ b1 l•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.
2 Z( ]# K9 [: @3 k7 [•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.) V( p" E; U. p* Y
•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products., v2 n: k5 h# u  c# Z. a
