The housing price will go down for sure, at some point, just a matter of time. My guess would be 2 years later. But nobody knows. Once the price comes down, it will happen just overnight. So if you are willing to take some risk, there are still chances to make some money in the housing market......if you come out quickly enough......

There is no analysis per sa. Just my personal instinct, plus guess, plus hope......after talking to so many people......

为什么你认为房价的回落会在一夜之间？

seller's fear of the housing price will go down even further, therefore rush into the market to sell and buyer's expectaion of the housing price will go down further, therefore wait and see......if that happens, the supply will surpass the demand in no time......just my personal opinion though

不同意你的看法。房市和股市，有相同也有不同。相同之处在于，都是于基本面上炒作带来波动，但长期平均回归基本面。

不同在于，炒股的都是有心里准备的，敢于赔钱，敢于止损，所以价格会一天降下来。而炒房，很多人也就一两套，也是第一次干，或着根本就是自住却跟风的。他们体现出的一般是第一次炒股者的心态，就是不肯止损。所以，当经济情况已经很不利的时候，房价也不会马上降。更多的是，持房者挂个高价，但没人买。形成有价无市。这个过程可以持续很久，甚至超过一年。最后必然是从银行收房开始，寻求一个真正能卖出去的价格。在这时，跳水才会真的开始。

现在的房价已经超出很多购房者的承受能力，买的人少，房价也就撑不住了。个人认为，等不了两年房价就要降。
