( e! w  a" P5 M•        compute charges
•        knowledge of Simply Accounting software is required
•        prepare invoices and reports
•        take telephone calls
•        make up cheques
•        make bank deposits and reconcile records of bank transactions
% L8 I* z; @, g% Z& j•        perform computer data entry and analysis functions
# m0 }: y0 i3 R% S8 d; w•        assist with or maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records, ledgers and journals
8 Y9 {4 ]4 D7 O8 L! D# o# M0 a  h•        assist with or perform payroll calculations
•        analyze and record business transactions and period end adjustments
•        prepare basic financial statements
•        compute and record depreciation for book and tax purposes
•        perform other clerical duties.
