Duties include:


% r. Y; N+ ~2 [& |7 p' V•        compute charges
•        knowledge of Simply Accounting software is required
4 y; C# r8 S% c•        prepare invoices and reports
  W- D# q: ?. B* `9 b5 o6 r) @•        take telephone calls
% `2 k0 C1 U% ?, O2 e1 E•        make up cheques
) @# j9 q. k- D7 t  X•        make bank deposits and reconcile records of bank transactions
  f# X# X7 o& L1 |$ C•        perform computer data entry and analysis functions
•        assist with or maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records, ledgers and journals
•        assist with or perform payroll calculations
$ _8 z6 ]: I9 b; T/ b& Q% d1 T7 W- A•        analyze and record business transactions and period end adjustments
) s( _9 E; }7 E# ?•        prepare basic financial statements
•        compute and record depreciation for book and tax purposes
•        perform other clerical duties.
