The picture is not clear. I can only speculate:
% O8 O& h3 y! N& q/ ?- ^, ]1. It is the medium home price of Calgary from 1999 - Aug. 2006;
2 t& o4 m8 J2 w0 T. q$ ^2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
6 p% j1 Q2 j7 E8 j3. Blue color: price change each month.

Comments:

1. The trend of price increase is clear and strong. Both fundamental and technical
still support the further price increases.
' s) ?! J5 m# l& L2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
the price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
3 q( q' U- ^8 ^$ F  T- v3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
