+ Y+ p  d" J: q2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
3. Blue color: price change each month.

Comments:

1. The trend of price increase is clear and strong. Both fundamental and technical
still support the further price increases.
' E/ a: J1 ]& h; d2 W" T) j) `# Q2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
the price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
9 D- }' A  w7 y7 C3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
