Position Overview
6 ]7 g" k8 s; ~0 P& ^& f•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
- p1 j* M8 Z7 p•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
8 d# y9 z: Q9 y! j& Q3 q+ p7 B•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

Job Requirements
$ {, g1 f$ I6 l- b; g- L•        Retail customer service experience.
6 H+ L$ J/ R0 v( J5 A+ r•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
; g' |5 U, v% M% O•        Excellent communication skills in English
•        Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
