•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.

: |# D0 n! K& v6 Y1 ?/ t: }. ^; u# ~- e•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

Job Requirements
•        Retail customer service experience.
•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
•        Excellent communication skills in English

•        Strong ability to implement multitask
