我的汽车是从东部省份运过来的，上个星期刚刚把驾照换成是AB省的。

These are what I knew.
2 l+ w, @. J. J: f, Y* B8 ]1) An Alberta driver's license is normally a must have to buy auto insurance in Alberta.
2) Auto insurance in Alberta and out of province vehicle inspection certificate are must have to obtain an Alberta vehicle plate.
4 x2 D: e4 _7 x4 c2 h- y; O3) A request form of out of province vehicle inspection, which can be obtained from a registry agent at about $9, has to be presented when the car is brought to an inspection agent.

So I guess the right order is
1) Change the driver's license to Alberta. (you have done it)
1 }9 F) f3 u5 k, {2) Get the insurance in Alberta.
" ]8 y) u$ K$ m2 _- e. b( `3) Inspect your car.
