我的汽车是从东部省份运过来的，上个星期刚刚把驾照换成是AB省的。

1) An Alberta driver's license is normally a must have to buy auto insurance in Alberta.
) l+ q8 |" y& `- L! [2) Auto insurance in Alberta and out of province vehicle inspection certificate are must have to obtain an Alberta vehicle plate.

So I guess the right order is
1) Change the driver's license to Alberta. (you have done it)
2) Get the insurance in Alberta.
