对于要求的文件资料，我的理解，第四点是可选“Additional documents of proof of residence in Canada in the past five (5) years”。如果是第四条是必须的，那么问题就是：在加拿大过去2年中没有上学，也没报税（收入低），就没法满足第四条。

怎办？

收入低不是不报税的理由，零收入也得报税。
