枫叶卡renew的问题

对于要求的文件资料， 我的理解， 第四点是可选“Additional documents of proof of residence in Canada in the past five (5) years”。 如果是第四条是必须的， 那么问题就是： 在加拿大过去2年中没有上学， 也没报税（收入低）， 就没法满足第四条。

怎办？
