已经入籍，到领事馆可以直接办理吗？需不需要在当地律师做公证？需要哪些文件（原件或复印件）？谢谢！

I did the same.
look for Qian, Chao.

$ p1 l# k0 Q# A0 k: p, H2 D- [Qian has a template. you modify the template with your name etc. then He will lead you to a lawyer. You sign the paper in front the lawyer. The lawyer signs the paper too. Qian will give your a receipt to fetch the final document 1 or 2 weeks later.  he will take care of Calgary embassy stamp thing. You do not need go to Calgary. He charges around $200. I forgot the exact number. It is worth of taking a day off for a round trip to Calgary.

If you 放弃 one particular 房产, you need the detailed description of the 房产. (not original one. A copied one is good). For me, to be simply, I claimed to 放弃 everthing, so that no detailed description needed.
