! J# [8 K/ s3 q! Z/ IKey Responsibilities:

; h) d/ h, R5 B" t• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 
" Y* p* [) c3 W
• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.
! h& F) O4 f: j* _8 f) a2 T
• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.& O2 D7 }$ N7 a/ p

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.8 E4 e4 Z* t2 {* r5 f. h9 z8 y

• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 

- }7 ~- a! F0 I/ w• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
1 c8 h7 X, ^3 R: p4 y) P
• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.

# Z% ~; l( r1 D/ N3 a: \5 q• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.) M& O4 A r* R0 z

• Travel within the assigned region.

; L1 @! J, K7 V8 l• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com
