Key Responsibilities:

% w" a8 b% d1 ~$ Y( P• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 

8 _3 u3 z4 L- ~% T/ @. n* X• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

( j( P6 J4 H# Z: y' [5 n6 K: ^• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.4 O" d, Y' y: ]# b+ n

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.( }& O r& o+ s8 U8 E( U q r

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales./ N2 p4 t5 G7 X' r

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

$ q% w% F% L! L5 h• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.

6 T. C! [) I& _! _% S• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 

) G: x3 _; l+ S( r2 ~• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
 H0 S. R7 X* v# [5 V r" L6 V" T
• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.

• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.

• Travel within the assigned region.

• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com
