To provide an accurate estimate of the full construction cost to perform the field or modular work as required with consideration of all risks and commercial obligations.

+ S2 l+ b9 w' o& `4 b. ]•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages
$ C- i! c6 _0 q% T•Review all aspects of the RFP documents
•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages
# y9 y$ b8 g1 X; ]$ z•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work
•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing
! l" b/ n: f3 k•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships
•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle
•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator
•Liaise with Lead Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Controls to present key elements of the estimate which will influence the development of a bid schedule and project execution plan
