- I8 }* K. P6 KTo provide an accurate estimate of the full construction cost to perform the field or modular work as required with consideration of all risks and commercial obligations.

Responsibilities" |0 A% e# G- ^7 F4 R0 Z
•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages5 K9 f' X. I5 i2 c0 J
•Review all aspects of the RFP documents
, _% y4 _) g$ P3 d•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages
! K; l( B0 E( f9 X) S# o•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work : {* g" ~- g/ r) V/ s
•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing

! K0 C/ g- T; c' @ A$ \& ?, N' f•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle

•Liaise with Lead Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Controls to present key elements of the estimate which will influence the development of a bid schedule and project execution plan |
