    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；
    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；
    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；
    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；

$ c+ |! o  P; F  L( Y$ i    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
: u6 S  t5 u. h+ X! r% m    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Senior Estimator
7 q/ f5 x. B9 I( G职位介绍：
    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
6 m" l& O5 z, e$ H/ D9 l    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
( J7 m# _  B( t- t/ L    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
& ~9 \( c! C0 s1 G' F    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
# @8 J$ F) m) a. A- P    Weekly estimating progress reports；
! g; G7 ?: B- o    Assemble final bid packages；
% y, r9 V; s! M, I" a    Other ad hoc duties

3 o7 J- i; p% g# p: C9 L8 V    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
    Field and site experience an asset；
8 `% a3 g8 G  p7 }, e    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
0 w$ \8 A. X" d$ s' K    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
4 {: _! Y) B8 ]4 N9 _; [    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
7 t  v  B: X6 c* F    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
+ b2 Z' M, h: Z+ r/ Z8 ]1 @    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications
