Maintenance Mechanic

    Reporting to the Maintenance Manager；
2 L- k" p1 {% k5 z7 r! V  e: \    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；
% j/ a5 y5 u! d, c    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；
    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；
    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；
    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；

+ V- w6 ]7 D- ]7 j+ E6 a# b! ~    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
% ?- m( o) ]9 n0 i6 r6 [% x    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
# K2 F0 g( \: I; R5 T  b0 u    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Senior Estimator
& T. Y! O8 j! g  V9 p3 u# V职位介绍：
    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
  o5 N$ W% v% `0 Z& m    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
) ~  _" J1 U" |    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
: T+ a9 b9 D( m; x% a1 L    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
/ n+ W4 x' a+ u) G4 F3 p( N    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
    Weekly estimating progress reports；
/ K% s0 ]1 [! B7 x1 k! l: g- H+ Y    Assemble final bid packages；
" o& w6 H  K# H: R! ]    Other ad hoc duties

职位要求：
4 s. X+ P  M: l; `    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
    Field and site experience an asset；
8 _! J  ^+ V' m8 e1 @. P8 P" _    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
+ M5 {+ M2 H- H$ w% y    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
. B+ D0 B; e- r5 F3 _5 F: j( P    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
9 f* g0 m9 o6 m0 }' M    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
% J% H; Z( H$ ^  S% k/ M, P    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications

     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
