    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；

职位要求：
    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
4 Z- n8 `8 v5 b$ ]! x- i: f    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

职位介绍：
    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
0 I( v" O1 p, @- u6 t9 ~7 E    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
% m# `# |# g- O- f* j    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
0 T$ x3 M/ ~8 Z. G: F" k5 l! _* \" B    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
/ {2 C& o' c) @9 W6 l8 ~- E# t    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
& T& \' P$ Z9 j    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
. H+ d' p* R. g& H/ R2 e    Weekly estimating progress reports；
& ]# \5 S" d; x( s7 y- ^& u    Assemble final bid packages；
    Other ad hoc duties

2 _# x) k5 A+ d- u& I: s    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
    Field and site experience an asset；
    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
- X  ]0 m' x- n4 q    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
+ f0 Q0 C& R- j& K! o    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
+ C! _- P5 `/ M# `% H# f$ n    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
0 f* s. d$ G* ~! R) t7 G* C    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications
