埃德蒙顿2013年2月4日消息: 1月份，埃德蒙顿大都市区各类房型的销售量和平均价年同比全面上涨。独立房平均价比12月份下降1.93%，但比去年1月份上涨7.7%。 Condo平均价比上月下降3.1%，但与去年同比增长1.7%。所有住宅房平均价为$328,525 ，去年1月为$320,482，年同比增2.5%。独立房平均价为$399,832。Condo平均价为$216,139，而Duplex/Row House平均价则为$328,351。

2013年1月的销售量比去年增加27（25）个单元，预计共有921（853）个住宅单元售出，1，081（1，005）个各类地产单元售出。独立房的销售量比一年前下降1.4%，预计536（496）个单元。Condo销售量预计为286(265)个单元，增长30.7%， 而Duplex/row House销售量预计为64（59）个单元，增长24.9%。（注：括号里的数字为月末统计数据）。
