•        To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.+ x( [% b5 r$ w+ A  ]1 e
•        Oversee hotel security requirements. $ ~( ^; m1 Y, W8 p* y) {6 i0 I7 r7 R
•        To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.
1 h( ~0 s% x, i) Z, r- U  H- K•        To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation.
- A5 l% R3 t) J9 n•        To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.) N* k5 P% F# w7 D( B
•        To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.
2 a$ q$ r+ d& J% Y% u5 G5 X! A0 b•        To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests.
4 Y& l' l  m1 k: N( U7 X•        Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.
- K3 V1 O* s% C( J9 I6 R1 e3 B% o% E•        Weekly scheduling of the front desk staff.
# w, Z2 c$ Z0 i5 w: ]/ h•        Manage rates on a daily basis for short and long term. & p+ w' c/ q2 Q* J+ _
•        Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed.
( t9 d3 L3 Y) l1 F% A; ~+ O$ Y8 c•        Leading and coaching to provide exceptional guest service.
9 L5 N, n3 L3 g2 c9 I•        Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.: H" n* `7 z' A
•        Attend Cluster meetings.
! N" k0 Z9 X# N4 T5 f•        Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.6 o/ R# T. p; Z0 i7 {, x; A
•        Handle PMS computer problems in each department * G# ?! F9 x7 ]$ O, ~/ u) U
•        Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies3 x6 U( o, E: H4 C2 B  c
•        Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center$ _9 x0 m. i  _7 w* @/ @+ p
•        Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float ; c9 i; i+ L- P9 q& O
•        Any other tasks assigned by the General Manager9 F. l% j8 s, E$ |5 g

•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property
4 K2 e1 @  c# g• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;
! M; }: b! f4 T• Ability to lead and develop;. \% {5 U+ y' P' [7 q# X
• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;9 X6 A* E- n, R7 y) F; o" b5 I
• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;' J' g6 P3 \+ t! v+ f% k& h
• Ability to work within deadlines;
