. M, n' z. V1 \: Y# H; A4 L: C• To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.
3 W4 o: X& z$ s- d7 O• Oversee hotel security requirements. / K! ~8 s; {) G2 w" s7 s8 r
• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.
7 ~5 t( ?5 l. z( I3 c• To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation.
3 `% k: E/ A/ P• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel." J6 z) I5 ]3 h8 G5 O
• To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.

• Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed.

/ ]& N2 g3 |/ w# L9 y• Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.

• Handle PMS computer problems in each department % i9 z0 Y# @& ^, X- j
• Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies

• Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float - F, s# F [7 j4 {

•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property1 z9 i! r" _8 H3 N

• Ability to lead and develop;
