• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.
& H( }5 x; N* z5 ]• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;3 k F2 Q. B5 g% [& ?0 \
• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;5 \4 P; K2 x/ o
• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;+ O3 S" N; u/ x. C0 i6 Y
• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.
