Compensation:  Journeyman 1 Automotive Mechanic (or 4th year Apprentices)
Your Choice of Hourly or Flat Rate (Salary under review, Rates based on experience.)
Hours of Work:  This position works 44 hours per week.
Days of work are Monday through Friday, Saturday rotation.
Group benefits package starts after 3 months.

Full-time journeyman to maintain and repair an assortment of vehicles with emphasis placed on preventative maintenance.

& q! z: f8 P# O  s1 M" DResponsibilities include:
! U* ?! g' k% ~9 q3 o: S+ [
3 X# Q) L8 z# r: k1 ^5 }Diagnose problems and perform all types of repairs to a wide variety of speciality vehicles
. u5 G2 O% A/ v$ P, q; v- K: dRequisition parts and materials, as required.
Create and complete work orders, gather fleet information and input data into the computerized management system.
Provide specialized training and guidance to apprentice(s).

Qualifications:

Applicants must possess a valid Journeyman Automotive Mechanic certificate or equivalent recognized by Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training.
: B& E' ]* m( B& r) KApplicants also must have a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (or provincial equivalent).
7 u. Q( q* ?) _9 b& H& r0 tPreference will be given to those who have current experience diagnosing and repairing North American and/or foreign vehicles.

Successful applicants must provide proof of qualifications
Only education obtained from an accredited institution will be recognized as meeting the minimum qualifications.

A Driving Abstract with no more than six demerit points (current within three months) must be provided if contacted for an interview.
