baby 辅食guide

看到网上许多新妈妈很关心宝宝如何开始添加辅食,却没有一个较为详细的引导。所以贴一个以前学习幼儿教育的一个学习资料,是一个基本的宝宝加辅食的引导。可作参考。如有不确定是否适合自己宝宝情况的,还是请教医师为准。希望对大家有帮助。& J5 a/ b( C$ I# z& }- X) w" X7 t
Introducing Solid Feeds to Your Baby+ M+ g" k$ D: w
Note: Introduce each new food individually and for 4-5 days before introducing any other new food.: y$ q- Q: f6 L
Babies do not require solid foods before 4-6 months of age. Until then, breast milk or formula provides the best form of nutrition for the child. Solids may be introduced in the following order:
+ X( d( y6 K5 a# K3 o4-6 moths -- CEREAL (start with rice, then later, barley, oatmeal, sobee.)# Q! {6 z, p" O) A
5-7 months -- JUICE (Apple juice diluted with equal parts water, up to 120ml(4oz) once or twice daily. No orange or citrus juice until 1 year)
! x0 c/ x4 K$ O5 W4 O: ]. }/ [1 _5-7 months--VEGETABLES (Squash, peas, sweet potato, carrots, (no spinach, broccoli.).Orang and yellow vegetables first, then green.( ^1 p( V+ O; A2 E0 B& }
6-7 months --FRUIT (Apple,pear, banana,peach,apricot,etc)8 P! r. M! H9 t7 D
7-8 months--DAIRY (Yoghurt, cottage cheese, mild processed cheese.): s/ B2 |7 p" C8 x+ [$ x( e
8-9 months--Meat & Fish (Chicken, veal, beef, lamb. (no pork or fish until at least 1 year).5 ~; a) U1 h2 Z8 g# v& u
10-12 months--Eggs (Yolk from 10-11 months, egg white 11-12 months)1 }5 {1 {9 y! N; N$ I
IN bottle fed babies, iron fortified formula should be used until 12 months of age. After 1 year homogenized milk can be used.) `8 Q4 @3 C$ L1 M6 s
1. All solids including cereal should be fed by teaspoon and not mixed in the formula., m6 h: F/ D% t
2. Start with 1 to 2 teaspoons twice daily and increase according to your chld's needs.$ O+ e8 m2 X8 e/ }
3. introduce new foods one at a time, generally 1 per week./ E$ [- I  }. P. J' _5 n
4. Individual food products are preferred to mixed cereals and other mixed foods./ d' U& J  k$ o! [
5. Solids should be given after nursing or formula feeds, until 6-months to promote milk intake.1 z1 f: [5 H  f
6. You may use standard commercial products or make your own blenderized foods without any added salt or sugar. (Publlic Health may have more information on home-made foods
