当你生病需要帮助的时候，这些社会上的慈善机构和和社区都＂照其章' ＂办事＂--就是什摸也帮不了，还扯蛋一大堆废话敷衍病人！
这和早年此歌的创造背景有和区别？

The song is about neglect, about what people everyday choose to ignore, or feel too insignificant to make a difference. Instead we choose to stay in the sound of the silence.
