A male wearing a balaclava and carrying a handgun was spotted by a pedestrian walking in the area of Falconer Road and Riverbend Road at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday.3 l( ~* \! B/ P$ h( p

A search of the man's home turned up a BB pistol and balaclava matching the description given by witnesses.
