Purpose of this position: To expose students or recent graduates to the diverse client and volunteer population found in our local marginalized and disabled volunteers; to organize and manage the collection and generation of statistical reports in Database and Outcome Measures projects. In collaboration with the Volunteer Coordinator: to organize and manage the creation of a newsletter for a non-profit organization; to organize and manage events; and to provide support to the Volunteer Services Department projects.& ~. k+ n) O% ~ J+ i
To assist the Volunteer Coordinator in completing up to five annual projects:( ?! H, I* N5 A/ e7 j2 \, o N$ _
1. Volunteer Evaluations: May, & June
: ]9 Q" H+ p, N* u( w$ X# eDistribute FCSS Outcome Measure Evaluation to a selection of on-site volunteers and/or clients over a one month period. In collaboration with Department Managers, develop a Program Logic Model with Outcome Measurements for 6 other departments.! a$ ~' G" b* m( N6 j$ |
! O8 p4 b( }# h4 } Distribute evaluations to on-site volunteers
