Programmer Analyst
& v0 o* {2 J$ W9 Y- u' k•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
6 P5 }: r2 r( E•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
7 E* L8 z2 H" |0 x0 @, D•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly

MANDATORY

4 K# Q2 Q% F; {7 Z0 IAll of the following skills must be actual project experience not educational experience and the actual time spent developing must match the years of experience required.

•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
2 X" W2 k$ o7 G: K! ~•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
% e: D' z+ L+ q8 V- V, P1 l% ]" y: @•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
& z  h7 M1 `) ^# n•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
  r7 E) h4 U- z1 v•        Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)

DESIRABLE
