求助 關於薪水

5 [$ a& M# x1 M8 a* F$ N我即將於今年四月畢業
畢業前在一家公司裡頭coop
$ Y% |4 V7 W; ~* H$ c/ Z0 e2 I) I最近公司給我offer
) z2 Z3 i' ?$ H% n提供一個permanent position但是薪水跟我實習的時候一模一樣
然後告訴我明年1月會有salary adjustment
想來想去還是覺得不對
9 G! U5 T/ |5 `$ u" e% x( W已經不是實習了  但還是領實習Level的薪水
) x8 J4 C; n$ D- S: A, _; p該怎麼跟他們negotiate薪水?

Are the duties the same as coop?
