•        Complete and post staff schedules 1 Z0 b( C* j' p# T8 u+ W* L
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
" u& d6 Q; ~1 ~•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management6 L, b9 `4 @8 {. a* g6 ~
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff7 x: F* T% \8 ~5 q( [: Q+ U
•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
* [% g4 F$ F; m& q) J* y•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed- _; k$ |" k8 x+ O+ S: l
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees2 ^6 c$ w9 F% q( n( O0 m
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales8 l3 B5 m+ Z: Z; E5 y
•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management 5 T- [9 f8 }3 s+ Z& _; R

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset* K# Y% [" U8 A  G/ A2 a/ }9 d; B
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)+ s+ U, k- M' R* ?
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion, c' U' m5 A# A2 p2 w% K
