Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week

Job Description:
•        Complete and post staff schedules
. }7 g# w! G* z# d2 u•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
5 Y& F- H0 t& A  P0 Y' H( {% B& j•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
" ^4 \. p) I: C6 r2 H$ n, c* m•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
; p  Y1 H- `" @7 p  v•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
! U1 C1 V# d) i•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
2 J$ f" B: b- r3 L& n& W•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily
•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.


Skills/Requirements:

$ D7 |3 M; W4 x5 f1 yEducation: Completion of secondary school is required
. g8 M# E4 o4 o8 h( [Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
- r. N) q+ S) v. X7 q% G; GCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
