Job Description:

• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
/ P* T) r: m# s0 }- U2 q: ?. H( }• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management5 A: I' y$ x( [4 Y3 @6 B2 p
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff" W! _2 P3 d* c
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date; {. d, a6 w) e2 \9 q3 ~/ K9 [
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
