• Complete and post staff schedules
. }7 g# w! G* z# d2 u• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
5 Y& F- H0 t& A P0 Y' H( {% B& j• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management

• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
; p Y1 H- `" @7 p v• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed8 J) _! o% _2 v- N X/ s5 U
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees' N* u0 ]& T! ^0 J6 w9 e, k; E
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
! U1 C1 V# d) i• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management

Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
