• Complete and post staff schedules 2 t8 a8 x0 B: Q
• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
! a1 B( @% F0 |1 S/ s. q• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
$ l, V+ B7 L9 k. @0 Y( q$ z/ c• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff! P" M3 G- t C4 P9 O3 U
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
" j, U* P% p' @: g• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
9 g- x- t4 n" n$ q# M7 \• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees+ F4 f2 k# E& y- A: k
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales

Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion9 s+ @& G2 B' h- h
