Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week

Job Description:
•        Complete and post staff schedules
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
! a1 B( @% F0 |1 S/ s. q•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
$ l, V+ B7 L9 k. @0 Y( q$ z/ c•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
" j, U* P% p' @: g•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
9 g- x- t4 n" n$ q# M7 \•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
& g  l* P3 ~. y, r, k2 d6 i) e8 _•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
1 S0 B( e. @8 Z& ~, _* n•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
. s& N. M& h2 Z•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily
•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

; p# g0 V* Q8 d2 `Education: Completion of secondary school is required
# {; R( e+ q0 PExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
7 c$ P9 M3 `. F4 GCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
