Job Description:
, Q0 x2 x& X' a, i# ]4 ^) x•        Complete and post staff schedules
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
/ P* T) r: m# s0 }- U2 q: ?. H( }•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
3 A% S5 ~! ~$ }0 ~0 J/ F•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
$ `/ A7 Q5 J- Y6 M3 l4 F•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

7 h* v# G/ a3 ^) X5 [  [: {Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
& |  N2 V+ t' ?) @0 ~7 t, ECredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
. i& G7 ~" Y% iPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
