If you are doing mileage around 30 to 35 km per week, we could be good training partners. & e: `8 S5 j: t0 k: E/ B, J
) g0 s& @8 O3 V4 w' _+ `; dBy the way, my race time for 5k would be around 22:00, 10k race time is around 46:30,
( g% A7 [3 P& }/ e: q( l; y# @targeting half marathon at 1:40:00 (first timer);
