Heading to Edmonton Canadian Derby Half marathon this August, 9 |7 r) J" f! z: T5 {4 h7 Q) J3 H
just wondering if there is any marathon runner around here doing training too?

% F+ c9 J. {$ \If you are doing mileage around 30 to 35 km per week, we could be good training partners.

By the way, my race time for 5k would be around 22:00, 10k race time is around 46:30, ' V: F( z, ]- [# \
targeting half marathon at 1:40:00 (first timer);
