-        community development, liaison with mainstream agencies to provide services for Chinese community( ^: F1 f2 q6 c8 e8 `* N 
-        workshops, seminars, activities that give Chinese population access to mainstream services 
" ?/ E7 P- K/ j# f( ?5 Y-        fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of social services 
% S) P' q3 y0 g( I-        develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies/ F% \5 m' ^$ n$ ^. v2 J- L 
-        coordinate good will activities 
% F# ]3 j* A) S9 j-        coordinate and send out quarterly newsletter to members) E: G7 l0 R5 _, {. S1 U 
-        submit information for community news  
7 n1 d$ T: S8 z* q1 x6 n-        prepare and send AGM information to members 
( z" \3 b) J0 C1 [5 F$ W& o9 ^-        assist in special events coordinating: Open House, AGM, Volunteer Appreciation, etc.

-        demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre 
  [2 h! n5 r- I) ?( [( z! `-        participate in external committees/conferences/workshops related to immigrant services

-        write quarterly and final reports for ISP5 |: L4 z: k; W4 J* P1 w 
-        explore new ideas for ISP

: p. p0 M& Q1 h: M-        assist with Centre’s other activities or programs as prescribed from time to time

-        work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends as required)

Qualifications 
1 Z5 P# O6 B3 b& d8 x  Z. m) O- U-        degree in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of experience and education ! Z* x1 }5 o1 U/ F 
-        good oral and written Chinese and English skills 
* _7 M+ c; i# B5 ^: j-        experience in community work and immigrant services 
3 W& ~& _+ n# P6 r: C-        ability to coordinate workshops and seminars 
# {' {+ `" K# t: ^-        leadership skills) q" Y/ A; T# e0 l( a# A9 E 
-        exceptional communication, interpersonal skills: v& j, V- ^6 p+ ]
