*Within 30mins drive to Oliver in rush hours, and 15mins to West mall

*resale value after 5 years? My current plan is to stay for 5 years.! u! G$ m, N$ l6 }* x+ C6 x- z
*Bonus: Close to big Chinese supermarkets and restaurants3 i% ]% }" Q, j2 u- |3 ^) n' {( |8 j

With the factors listed above, is it better to purchase old house in a mature neighbourhood or a new house on the outskirts?2 V; h6 \ O# j
