6 K. M9 n6 d$ a; K$ \- ?Main duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
4 z: ~! D  K6 c& w6 w; d- N7 L1 c0 |•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
" {2 Q( \9 y( d) B7 o- I" F5 X•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
4 W" `9 H$ P9 ^8 X" U+ N% l- t•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  E# f" Y/ C+ [$ ]/ K•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
: _! f# H6 A) e% Q# T•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
1 f/ F" ?3 g% B8 R: ^+ x•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
