, w/ o" @8 _" C& t6 wEffective August 1, 2002, Saskatchewan motorists will only have to report motor vehicle collisions to police if the collision involves:1 E$ W" y6 N. \& F1 `; S- s0 e
1) Any bodily injury or death;
% p3 N4 O+ u5 \' D" ~7 {) U2) A Hit-and-Run;* q; P2 b2 {; q: f8 a6 H5 K0 R* V+ @
3) A driver impaired by alcohol or drugs;* p( f- y8 I$ h
4) A motor vehicle towed from the scene;
3 [0 I& ], b# z5 X& N5) An out-of-province vehicle.5 ^5 E- `5 R4 D# |* ^

Normally, police would be dispatched to the collisions described above. One exception may be an owner's discovery that his/her vehicle has been damaged in a hit-and-run, but the vehicle can still be safely driven to Police Headquarters. In such a case, the owner could make a report in person at Police Headquarters.
