Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:5 B1 P& f- A# N- U
• Encourage and enhance a positive and professional working environment.

• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.
3 I* G, V5 \ M• Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.
0 j! C6 h! \5 R% F+ A! d• Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives. . T* @# K2 J- v9 l5 U
• Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates./ S" A2 Z: z. `. a' t
• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.2 o8 K% A0 s7 y0 |' |& U1 Y
• Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.
' g* S8 ^+ K- M1 {3 m• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).
. v$ v' L: f3 Y• Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.

• Attend and participate in departmental meetings.# q$ Q. u# w% M8 G2 R

• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Requirements:
* C3 I0 T, K ?• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
6 D5 t. M5 h0 s. [) @4 A8 B/ w* `" c• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources. ; _+ y( `1 P+ U, ^' g
• Strong Union Relations experience required.
: E7 w! f y4 d/ v: B5 G. w1 ?: W5 B• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.; J$ A3 F7 ^" N6 r; q1 E
• CHRP Designation is an asset.
