well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative

coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.0 B! j2 b9 ?6 s. [
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
- Z( V2 j# C, Q! k• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
# I6 V$ o4 X" J; f• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
1 p( h! X+ J, D y) W$ G, W• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,
& _( G3 y) _7 P. U! \' P! R. ptimelines and budgets9 L2 f, V4 ?# J R8 O
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring

• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.' }! D6 W" Z) X- z( R
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
1 C) D) Q' x6 X• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
1 g) i% P P3 I" N+ `# c; G+ t• Some field operational experience( g- b8 F: m C" ?
• Some knowledge of the services company provides. E5 B( v6 P/ A* k0 D
• Strong computer skills) _+ j* ^; U5 \( s3 q! ~5 b+ A
• Class 5 licence.5 C- f/ k: X' m4 _9 S# o' i3 ]

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

' }0 e! i2 ~$ Q, x) L5 V. H+ @有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。3 u7 c9 O/ y2 E. Q5 z6 Q4 _
J6 n& t/ E- i! e! j- w希望真正喜欢油田和室外工作的朋友申请，不要只是为了临时赚钱。公司希望长久员工，并且提供提升机会。

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
