我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。; q( G8 x& ]5 P0 v& K2 S+ `

1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)

Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened - i; u7 l8 u' p" ^6 R! @
3/4 cup granulated sugar 8 p* b( {* j1 o# I7 k
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

" C- K/ f, @6 t1 teaspoon vanilla

; y/ O) u% r& @2 _; }# x$ JHeat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray.

For crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan.

* W) J( B# C. U1 S! C) ]For filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill. - z8 S- r* R. e" ^4 z
