我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。

1 cup Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)

1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar

3/4 cup granulated sugar

For crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan. 7 B7 m! a8 M- D

Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack. * W8 Q. l( P8 J
6 |3 R. u, s, y3 \& \For filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill. - d! B8 {! h+ ?( x

To serve, cut into bars; top with fruit. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. |
