' S8 A# o9 s+ k3 y! @; mTrick and treaters are encouraged to start their Halloween fun in a safe environment. Participants can pick up their candy bag up at Centre Stage and then follow a Candy Map to find all the treats in West Edmonton Mall. Participating retailers will also be handing out candy to little ones dressed in Halloween costumes.6 o7 w9 h/ t; D& k! T
