Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
. k& p+ L# F: l: W•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
. ]: h9 Q$ @0 o- w( f/ X' w. g•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
4 U9 r$ |# ~  n6 y0 a5 I6 b•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
: P5 r5 \& S% B! j7 x" I3 J+ ~•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
9 M0 H$ S* P/ I" n9 N•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
! X- q/ O9 L, y/ T3 c8 ]+ q$ \•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:
; b. W0 s" p$ S0 A5 ~8 R
•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
1 L# Y0 i. ~! m6 l5 X•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
