Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta

Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

. V7 }% i" T8 T3 PJob Description:

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
# Q6 X, L( x) k8 D  r- Y" V% N•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
3 I2 L1 f% H; G8 U/ n6 i- [•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
, f  z! [$ f( X•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
, `+ J& g4 F# [" E& m8 t•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
' n4 @4 b2 y9 }: ?' R& R•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
5 @1 K+ f& U% j% x6 g) t3 ~; A2 |•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
" `' e2 X5 c5 Q$ ?# @•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
