•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
6 N5 a% g* g: i# X2 E! O•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
7 b+ T* ?) c" u% L7 ?% [: A•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:

8 W  G, n+ b8 S' ~% ^' e" u•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
) G( h$ E; t- J8 W* O•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
. M$ A- Q! ]( `$ ^. g3 `+ [•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
; f$ }: k( E% f% z' e1 x•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
