爱城有无中国人或者亚洲人开的收养中国/亚洲人的残疾儿童，孤儿的福利院。想周末带儿子去做义工。

There's no place like that in Canada as far as I know, kids are not rounded up and kept in a school like in China.

but it sounds like thats the type of place this parent wants to take his/her son so he/she can set a "good" example
