Kaycan Ltd., a leading manufacturer and distributor of building products in Canada, has an
immediate career opportunity for the following position at its Edmonton branch.

" P! Y3 j/ L; \( C; Z, MThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining
# D3 |8 t! i6 {& qrelationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet
client demands are key components of this position.
Responsibilities:
1 m% {8 J9 R% u. C( r; B6 H; A· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
1 C  k1 ?$ k4 q0 l0 U1 P5 l· Verify pricing and availability of product;
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
  E( s; v9 t0 X· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
9 i' u1 f; i" ^· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
% _9 H1 B4 M4 @/ I4 A5 |· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
database;
2 m+ d# V# w2 ^6 j% l; m' c· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
' j5 V4 |# {! c( D2 mQualifications/Requirements:
: f* u8 O- R% G+ S/ s· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
lasting relationships with customers;
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
5 H" b( C' o# l: v: ?· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
. }6 W0 I+ u* J  {5 _7 c, u· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
· Excellent organizational skills;
. o7 H6 F: F9 K: ~! |% [  z. `· Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment;
