Role/Function:
0 O, a3 P8 h' A3 I' LThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
2 c. a! w8 L4 A( ~: |person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining% a8 [% {) P6 z6 e

Responsibilities:
- b' M* k, m- D8 S* n8 P& B4 k1 {· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
2 B. f' |! H8 `; I% d3 l- I· Verify pricing and availability of product;
5 f/ s$ C p0 H4 |8 t3 V0 P· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
5 M- s6 b5 r. ~4 I$ T# F$ [2 e# l· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
0 E R# E8 r/ p) {0 x8 k· Collect payments for cash account orders;1 ?% D# b) u6 B P3 b: I7 h4 _/ f/ {7 d
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
3 M6 M4 D* D6 U$ K% E· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
4 _9 H, H$ z0 J: n+ v· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
/ x$ e: l! r1 K# k% h: Fdatabase;
! h/ ~+ T* [) K, F0 b" E- k· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
% E9 y3 w$ j4 t* S) {8 v) h· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
a5 }* e! Y) r$ a' }& L* D· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
9 \/ O |' s; ZQualifications/Requirements:6 p4 H" W/ V/ M" w. c# A
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain* [; n- m7 N: i1 c
lasting relationships with customers;5 s, O* z6 O9 Q) F3 e
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
7 e* z; L/ \# |1 S· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;1 h4 C* z) @6 q. F: W$ C! s
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;4 e& b$ k5 [9 \. z9 l/ p
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);2 m# c& S. {& u6 S9 \% x$ w* ]3 i
· Excellent organizational skills;
