% f7 Q! B) o% ~2 ]9 D( b+ PThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
% z# R8 ~5 T& n( B, mperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining
$ i, A" d1 D, D0 D# P( Rrelationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet) |# d" F$ G% M7 {- }5 g# L$ \. s% u
client demands are key components of this position.5 Y8 J: M0 S3 f- T$ K8 q+ Y
Responsibilities:7 h5 H' X( M1 b! ?+ e$ _! _
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;& p# z) P9 A) Y
· Verify pricing and availability of product;' `2 o3 k, [/ _, A9 A9 c
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
2 }6 d% t& @6 ]" _( H1 G2 G; c· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;, U# R' `( W7 Z/ s) }$ v
· Collect payments for cash account orders;- G1 J; p" p6 ?( n" ^; j
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
* ^8 y7 r1 `* w) l+ i+ S, }9 [0 L· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
6 Z8 U  j5 |8 l* j' J; v4 n· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate8 }& A- |/ {  Q  s) i
database;( G! W5 D* ^, r7 p
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;5 c3 j- L. Q2 i1 k" A5 G
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;( G4 l/ p& O: Y3 [) o& t
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
2 P7 C/ I% t# CQualifications/Requirements:# j5 T- g6 V0 Z. u3 B
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain1 S1 x& c0 e, t8 e
lasting relationships with customers;& n- B0 j- U: O' `
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;: ~1 Q# J/ |; H9 m% P: l
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;0 M. s) E4 {" R* q5 s
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;: I( k; E6 I  k5 G2 B2 I# K: r
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);$ L6 U* `  V. B7 g% b4 W
· Excellent organizational skills;
