The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in( s, }7 @: U; Y5 f
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining: d8 U& T' B8 h  Y) Y
relationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet
% k. l$ }0 |; @3 Eclient demands are key components of this position.
$ O9 r' @4 L- f% p3 }8 \Responsibilities:
  V/ p1 c4 X) o9 x5 ~( k· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;6 G/ V; v4 L$ ?. O" ?8 O; h$ q
· Verify pricing and availability of product;
. P% f* E3 h+ _3 t4 N· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;2 v5 I* J; S( T  h0 d" I
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;6 L+ S( ~7 o$ O* A
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
' A0 c" v) M! ]+ r5 e- K: b0 ~  x$ J· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;$ {* W9 o+ G* \
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;; Y7 Y  U% ^& }- e- K& B% T' T2 ~& P
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate) b( X# E) A/ p+ p* ^0 \2 h
database;* d3 G' e" K! g7 p9 ~
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;2 S0 v4 K5 F% \$ p
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;% ~1 |* e/ G- U& W$ c" }2 p
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
4 ]8 n/ z$ K( [: d3 XQualifications/Requirements:& z) b: V- f7 s, S; D/ H$ ]
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain1 O3 D8 s, _+ V
lasting relationships with customers;
7 [% B: |4 A% S. u1 \1 n7 z, m· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;" Z9 v5 m6 [2 n6 P0 o6 ?
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
8 \0 X( o( O! U7 X5 q( E· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;# k. ~7 w' h6 H% x
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
* F% e3 }6 L  \5 r· Excellent organizational skills;
