i thought the order of sequence is:

- scrape off loose paint

I'm pretty sure TSP can be used on wooden window frames, but to be 100% sure, consult the sales person in that department. most home hardware store, paint stores are all very knowledgeable on these topics.$ }5 `# B% z& C% ~6 R& O. r( w
. Y& B" {- C: M& M: f7 Rif you have tall windows and will require scaffolding to paint the high areas, I would recommend you to find a professional company. |
