Duration of Commitment:Summer T.A.N.G. Youth Program
- T; j5 e- _' {3 XCamp 1 – July 04 – July 14
  U, V) [2 B; ~Camp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
9 e- [7 a, J4 Y( r; `* W% m( LTime:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)
& a  Y0 \+ |. h3 c3 k*might work in other time in some specific days

Duties:
To assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:

4 r7 ]( i" ^  r' h! Z5 @9 i/ S9 g Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
) F: E5 D) _( L Take attendance if available
 Provide positive modelling to youth
4 X9 g" o# J1 J' [ Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
6 i( ^4 n: E; \: N- h5 C2 a Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
4 p5 i+ R% ~2 ^$ l' V3 U, |5 B Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
. f/ Q& m+ W9 ], b7 x0 f Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
1 F3 z  Z, E% c7 J& O# V Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
 Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
 Assist in program planning/design
2 ~! S& h( k  E% ~  H( x Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

Attitude/Skills Requirements

 Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
/ X0 f% G+ {- |/ Z Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
 A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
# H6 ^) f7 N( z7 z! G: T Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
! B8 f1 [# _; @0 j/ ~ Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
 Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
