* v, |6 F# z1 ICamp 1 – July 04 – July 14
4 r+ k- E' J3 b$ S( n# a) u8 tCamp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
4 X, ^( g4 \- `' y" e2 r& HTime:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)
*might work in other time in some specific days

# S# U- q9 D  O/ ]  `; g2 LDuties:
To assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:
% h" `4 M' E1 z) B
 Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
- P" p5 p' k' u8 b; U Take attendance if available
 Provide positive modelling to youth
/ W2 `6 R* ^% r8 k Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
% G( T% V0 I# g% h5 l: P1 j5 d Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
 Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
 Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
 Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
 Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
 Assist in program planning/design
 Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

( F9 Q" \0 \% ~# F- l Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
: D7 P: u+ Y* j2 Y Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
& r: q, K; X7 W A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
6 u% J) R" ~/ [: Z Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
) `+ K! m* j: R0 O8 t Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
 Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
 Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
