* c1 y% r3 d( i2 O9 a; hDuration of Commitment:Summer T.A.N.G. Youth Program
Camp 1 – July 04 – July 14
Camp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
- }( |) S: S0 X& YTime:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)
*might work in other time in some specific days
Place: ASSIST Community Services Centre

Duties:
" c+ ~4 l0 J; ~8 p7 y% VTo assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:

1 N; z; K" {9 B& ]4 C# b0 e Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
0 k- A, f5 L6 d' C; W Take attendance if available
 Provide positive modelling to youth
8 O* r4 R+ `* W7 P1 l- u1 C+ Z6 w" u Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
- N  H, _8 V1 y1 {- a% p7 l Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
1 r- A: E$ a- U  V! \ Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
 Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
 Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
 Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
- \1 X: T, m+ l. j Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
7 s; U3 H+ t# ]1 O2 X: f1 k Assist in program planning/design
 Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

 Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
 Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
 A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
* }* P* H- p0 s Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
) k) p2 f; W' Z- @( P+ f: w4 i* _ Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
 Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
/ A. }& c" X0 h6 Q% { Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
