Duration of Commitment:Summer T.A.N.G. Youth Program
/ J# v# d( {7 V! L  e! Q! \Camp 1 – July 04 – July 14
' Y0 e4 e+ P6 e, E+ G4 ~) kCamp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
Time:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)
*might work in other time in some specific days

4 O! Y7 z5 |8 F) [9 n6 _1 hDuties:
To assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:
& X. `( {& D5 \+ v( c$ |/ n3 X
 Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
 Take attendance if available
 Provide positive modelling to youth
$ T: F$ F+ e) K# ~ Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
+ g4 R: m& `. k# I8 W4 X Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
! Z# A8 e, o3 J0 u Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
 Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
1 r+ g3 n1 v9 g* { Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
; I5 c/ {! M, ^0 X5 p Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
- B9 d# K- _  X2 r Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
2 r, Z0 i' Q  S4 F! p Assist in program planning/design
 Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

Attitude/Skills Requirements

 Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
 Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
 A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
 Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
3 N- H0 \2 V  C: R Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
3 c. p3 u1 G* n: Q% Z& o  \" O: [; Q) F Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
  J: a8 _$ `! m& ]; a) P3 t Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
