Over last decade, I have used many window upgrade companies. Here are some of my suggestions:
+ g1 S& r0 k: U. n5 D' b- You really need triple-pane windows ,not only for the sound proof, but for the Edmonton winter. The price is not much differnt from double-pane but the performance almost doubled;
7 R( A! s0 h5 W3 H5 X- I have tried many brands of windows, Hometech, Economic Windows, All-Weather windows, Jeldwen (by Home Depot). The best would be Hometech. All-weather is also good but the price is too high lately. I just had one big bay-window by Economic Windows in this April. - Stay away from craps like Durabuilt or Sunrise Windows. Cheap stuff.6 ~& ~( N- b$ H
