诚意急问大家，领取EI的要求是什么？自身有病导致工作不了可以么？

  O- j' J: J4 T1 I3 b) b我有一个亲人有严重的腰痛（据说是风湿和别的一个病），导致不能久坐，久站，不能受风，受寒，不能提重物超过5斤，而且会复发。卧床休息为宜。
这样的情况，也经过家庭医生鉴定了。可不可以申请EI呢？

- Z; V3 s) y( z4 j3 C! g' M是不是要工作满600小时才可以？ 如果这些小时数满了，但是工作是自己辞职的，在病发前辞职的。6月底辞职的，7月初发病的，突然性的发病。

) T: C/ `5 X8 J6 k! \小时数还算不算呢？
% B* h6 A& I8 e2 O: b! ~0 |! H- T应该去哪儿申请呢？
有没有网站可以看得呢？

病假EI由医生填单，自己寄，100%拿到。单子下载。否则不行。

还有，自己辞职可以，医生单子晚一点也正常。

精打细算

一般如果因为工作长期同一姿势导致的 Soft tissue damage, 可以申请公司的WCB， 同时也可以让专人到公司提供建议如何避免。  
* b6 J8 p. M4 k: P* Z+ C$ H如果WCB 过了， 也可以短暂申请公司的伤残保险中的 STD Short Term Disability， 几个月后还没好就可以转 Long Term Disability.

- Y7 Y1 k5 v! e! C4 R) e0 C1 T以上申请的，会比 E I 的钱来的多。

您所说的医生指的是家庭医生么？我亲戚她有家庭医生的。然后在这个周一的时候也有大EMS急救车去了大学医院，那边都是有记录的。因为当时非常严重到已经不能走路。

还有就是这个单子在哪儿下载呢？

给预主动辞职充足的理由解释，是可以申请EI并争取得到批准的，详见：
