The only way is to get the car into the shop to get everything checked, get the carproof as well.

, U1 Q% n2 O7 Y" I9 I2 _) n, ~Any shop should do the job unless you need to check out of province car which some shops may not be qualified to do it. costwise, alberta car check is cheaper than out of province car. if you buy some specific newer car, better go to the specialized shop (not neccessary dealer) to check.
