, ^% x" P( w! w% p6 m. O3 G/ I        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
1 `: K' q9 \* s; q* h•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
! D1 m9 d/ P3 s* H+ ]+ x•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications
. V( z% J1 i) L% z& X•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
•        Experience in project management & report writing
- L3 V7 {  g1 E•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
