        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

, T% H  Y2 W4 _•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
* A( c! ^& H4 O: P' t•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
) k! S8 O9 u0 y/ \•        Experience in project management & report writing
  o  H0 f  o. @1 z" ~5 K•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
